Sprinkle 1 to 2 handfuls of this mineral rich magnesium bath soak into your bath to enhance recovery. Stir the water with your hand to dissolve the salts and distribute them evenly in the water. Hide + Soak for 20 minutes or more.
Suitable for warm baths, ice bath and foot baths.
